Drybank Farm & Hatton Action Park

Whist we will travel to any venue in the UK or overseas, M&MR has two activity sites in Warwickshire available for local events.

Drybank Farm
Drybank Farm comprises 15 acres of attractive farmland dedicated to corporate events, activities and teambuilding challenges. A huge array of activities can be organised, from clay pigeon shooting, historic weapons and a wide range of off-road driving challenges.

Alternatively, you may like to consider Drybank Farm as the site for your next Family Fun Day. The Farmhouse can be used as a central base for the activity programme where a full range of refreshments and catering facilities can be made available.

Indoor meeting facilities are available for up to 12 guests and there is ensuite bed and breakfast accommodation within the Farmhouse. 

Drybank is situated less than ten minutes walk from a large conference centre should you require more extensive facilities.

It is located outside Stratford Upon Avon and is easily accessible from Birmingham, Warwick, Banbury, as well as the  M40 motorway.

Hatton Action Park
Hatton Action Park is set in the rolling Warwickshire countryside, just five minutes from the motorway network. The Park is part of the Hatton Estate, which comprises over 400 acres, offering an exclusive location for corporate teambuilding and activity days, as well as plenty of space for even a large Family Fun Day.

Toyk Farmhouse Restaurant is located on the Activity Site and is ideal for small meetings and evening entertainment, as well as lunchtime catering. The entire restaurant underwent extensive rebuilding and refurbishment programme  during 2005 and now boasts a space with a smart, contemporary feel without compromising its rustic character.

A permanent marquee (30’ x 20’) adjoins the farmhouse and has ample space for 60 seats theatre style. In addition, the farmhouse itself can comfortably seat a further 50.

Toyk is a traditional family-run restaurant, used only on an exclusive basis for corporate events, providing your group  with total privacy. It is the perfect haven from the elements, as guests either warm themselves by the roaring open fire, savour the sunshine on the terrace or relax in the garden.
